We have a 30-day return policy, allowing customers to request a return within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, tiles must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Please note that certain items, such as installed tiles or custom orders, are non-returnable.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected, with packages generally arriving within 3-8 business days after shipment. Please be aware that these are estimated times and actual delivery may vary.
Do you offer samples of your tiles?
Yes, we offer tile samples for customers to evaluate the quality and appearance before making a larger purchase. However, please note that sample orders are non-returnable.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Canada and within The United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, and U.S. Territories.
